Tim van Rooyen Attorneys is a boutique law firm focused on divorce and family law situated in Gqeberha formally Port Elizabeth. The firm assists clients with divorce, divorce mediations, parenting arrangements, maintenance, and the division of assets. They also assists with the conveyancing of property in divorce proceedings and are masters of property law.
Tim believes that divorce matters require both clear legal strategy, expert knowledge of the law and practical solutions. Wherever possible, matters are resolved through negotiation and settlement, but when litigation becomes necessary, the firm acts decisively to protect clients’ rights.
